Thanks to some of our loyal supporters that believe in our work, we are already well under way this year with some very good projects such as, renovating our children\u2019s home and building a chicken coop.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”2054″ img_size=”medium” alignment=”center”][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_text_separator title=”WHAT AN EXCITING END OF 2016 WE HAD!” color=”custom” accent_color=”#19192f”][vc_column_text]With the holidays over and life settling down, we are back on track with getting\u00a0some important improvements made at Kominote Ti Fanmi Nou de Diakonos.<\/p>\n

We left off last year with an event we dreamt of for years – paving the yard at our children’s home providing an\u00a0adequate yard where our God-children can play safely and their health not be jeopardized by the dirt and flooding.[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”2056″ img_size=”medium”][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”2072″ img_size=”medium”][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”2060″ img_size=”medium”][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_custom_heading text=”Kominote Ti Fanmi Nou de Diakonos” font_container=”tag:h5|text_align:left” use_theme_fonts=”yes” css=”.vc_custom_1485761090358{margin-top: 0px !important;}”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1487291543801{padding-top: 15px !important;}”]Poverty is the root cause behind most children in Haiti being placed in orphanages, and it robs them of their right to receive quality education.<\/p>\n

God designed us to grow up and develop in a family not in an orphanage. Kominote Ti Fanmi Nou children\u2019s home is more than an orphanage; it is a sanctuary where orphaned, abandoned and abused children have a feeling of belonging. Our Godchildren live in a loving family environment where they are showered with\u00a0love and affection,\u00a0and are being cultivated to develop into becoming the next generation of God-fearing and productive Ha\u00eftian citizens.<\/p>\n

\nThe purpose of the trip is to continue with our rehabilitation\u00a0efforts in Haiti.<\/p>\n

The project includes home repairs and renovations at Kominote Ti Fanmi Nou de Diakonos, building a chicken coop, and distributing shoes in Fonds des Negres.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]\"Shoe<\/a><\/p>\n
