Sponsor A Child

By sponsoring a child, you’re connected with one of our children who once lived in poverty and may not have a mother or father. We provide a safe family environment, to learn and to give them hope for the future.

A monthly donation of $35/month helps cover one third of the cost associated with paying for food, nutrition, and medical needs for one child.  A school sponsorship helps us enroll an older child into school for one year, or helps us provide necessary materials to run our Montessori program, ages 3-6.

Should you sponsor one of our children, please do so long-term (not less than 1 full year) in order to develop a relationship with them. We encourage letters, gifts, WhatsApp calls and visits from sponsors.

Diakonos International thrives on donations alone, and 100% of your sponsorship goes directly to the children. Help us help them break free from poverty for good. Thank you!

Every child has a story...

Angelique was abandoned by her dad. She joined Our Small Community of Family in May of 2017 at only 3 months old. She is the most laid-back, precious little girl who is growing up so fast in front of us. She is a bundle of joy, copies everything the older kids do, and keeps us amazed at her spontaneity.
